Pricing Policy
Online Pool Equipment Warehouse strive to provide you with the cheapest priced pool equipment on the market. Should you find the same product on an alternate site, please make contact with us via email or telephone and we will endeavour to provide you with a more competitive price. All prices listed on the site are in Australian Dollar (AUD) and include GST.
Refund Policy
Our commitment is to replace damaged or faulty goods within 30 days. Shipping costs of those items will be covered by us, however replacement goods will only be dispatched once the original item has been received. If you are unable to provide proof of purchase for any reason, Online Pool Equipment Warehouse reserve the right not to offer a replacement of the above-mentioned item.
If you wish to return an item simply because you have changed your mind about the purchase, proof of purchase will be required and a full refund will be provided minus a 25% restocking fee.
Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
Items purchased will be dispatched within 24 hours (subject to availability of items) and standard delivery times of up to 10 business days will apply. All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Perth. For interstate deliveries, we utilise Direct Freight which depart Perth Tuesday’s & Friday’s of each week.
